1 Purpose
Provide control method for process monitoring and control, to maximize the reduction of process and product variation, reduce costs, improve quality, customer requirements to produce quality products.

4 working procedure
4.1 format of the control plan
4.1.1 if the customer is not in writing, the control plan shall adopt the APQP manual.
4.1.2 if the customer is not required to provide a control plan, the control scheme can be applied to the same process, the same series of products produced by the same raw material. When a customer is required, the control plan shall be provided to the customer.
4.2 control plan corresponding column should be as follows: to fill out and develop:
4.2.1 control plan: prototype, trial production, production
Sample - description of the manufacturing process in sample size measurement, material and performance tests;
Trial - production occurred after the sample, before full production manufacturing process measurement, material and performance tests described.
Production: a comprehensive description of product / process characteristics, process control, test and measurement system in the process of mass production.
According to the APQP stage for the selection, different control plans, in front of the space to play "V" symbol.
4.2.2 control plan number: fill in the control plan number, according to the technical document number to fill in.
4.2.3 part number / latest change level: product drawing number / date.
4.2.4 part name / Description: product / process name and description.
4.2.5 supplier / factory: the name of the company / factory to develop control plans.
4.2.6 Supplier Code: customer given identification number (code), such as the customer is not given, then do not fill.
4.2.7 main contact / phone: the main contact name and phone number for the control plan.
4.2.8 core team: the name and phone number of all personnel responsible for the final version of the control plan.
4.2.9 the supplier / factory approval / date: control plan approved by the chief engineer, fill in the name and date of approval.
4.2.10 date (preparation): the date of the first control plan.
4.2.11 date (Amendment): the date of the latest revision of the control plan.
4.2.12 customer engineering approval / date: if necessary, obtain approval from the customer engineering department.
4.2.13 customer approval / date: if necessary, obtain approval from customer quality department.
4.2.14 other approval / date: Customer Engineering Approval / date: if necessary, obtain approval from others.
4.2.15 part / process number: refer to process flow chart. If the product is a combination of parts, the number of individual parts should be listed.
And their process numbers, for each part, components, systems should be prepared to control the program, the final synthesis.
4.2.16 process name / Operation Description: the process (process) name or description.
4.2.17 manufacturing machine, device, fixture, fixture, tooling (production equipment): machine, device, fixture, fixture, tooling (production equipment) used in each manufacturing process.
4.2.18 characteristic number: the product characteristics and process characteristics of each process are sequentially numbered.

4.3 control plan implementation and management
4.3.1 control plan development and distribution to the relevant departments.
4.3.2 for the series product control plan in the case of the technical department should review and update the control plan: process change; inspection method, frequency and other amendments; process is not stable; process capability; for customer specific product control plan, in addition to the above circumstances need to review and update the control plan, the product has to change, also need to review and update the control plan.
